High resolutions and frame rates can overwhelm local browser caches. Lower the stream profile configuration to H.264 instead of H.265, or drop the resolution to 1080p temporarily to test if the live view returns.
If your VMS or browser management interface uses HTTPS, but the camera tries to stream video over an unencrypted HTTP WebSocket or RTSP connection, the browser blocks the stream as "mixed content."
