If you have limited bandwidth, a very slow connection, or cannot reliably access the official servers, you can use a pre-downloaded offline library file. This method involves manually copying or moving existing library files into Enscape.

Launch Enscape and navigate to the "Settings" or "Preferences" menu. Look for the "Asset Library" or "Library" section and select the option to use the offline library.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

Access the Asset Library from your CAD toolbar or the Enscape Viewport.

Open the Asset Library window with the offline checkbox enabled.

Check your folder path settings in the Asset Library window. Ensure that the drive letter hasn't changed (which often happens with external hard drives). If you are using a network drive, ensure your computer has active read/write permissions for that specific server folder. Once downloaded, you are not locked into offline mode. Enscape allows you to toggle between (streaming) and Offline (local) modes.

On each user's machine, open Enscape Asset Library settings.

Define a dedicated, empty folder to store the assets to avoid potential file loss. Choose between downloading the latest versions

A progress bar will appear at the bottom of the window to show the download status. Launch Enscape and navigate to the "Settings" or
